Lauren Ash, the visionary behind Black Girl In Om and co-founder of Lifestyle with Ivory + Ash, and Courtney Phillips, co-founder of ROYAL are teaming up to present an interactive afternoon of Plants + Yoga.
Plants + Yoga is a rooftop gathering focusing on the wellness and intention plants, flowers + yoga brings to your home, body + mind.
This gathering will include an hour of yoga (led by Lauren Ash) followed by a hands-on beginner learning segment dedicated to the proper care of houseplants and cut flowers (led by Courtney Phillips).
All of this will take place on the rooftop of Ace Hotel. How amazing does that sound?!
By the end, you will leave with a potted plant of your own, a small bouquet of flowers and a peaceful mind. The goal is to have fun, stretch, get our hands a little dirty, and enjoy the sun. Can't wait to see you there!
